As healers
There I was at The Sanctuary in Virginia in late Winter. It was early morning when I walked out of my cabin and onto the Inner Road. I looked to my right and was dazzled by the beauty of a tree with white blossoms. An amazing, alive feeling came over me. I stood still and felt a resonance of a childhood memory of walking amongst such trees. I recognized it as an almond tree
.
As a child and still now I loved eating almonds, putting almond lotion on my face and body, eating almond pastries and drinking almond milk. I loved the gentle, pure oil.
As I remained standing in front of the tree I felt grounded and didn’t want to move. I felt pure joy and love. Out of my mouth came this is – the tree of life.
I listened to my inner voice and stayed for a while. What I felt was that healing was taking place. Healing and
- letting go of the old – welcoming the new
- enhancing the senses such as smell/taste
- uniting the masculine and the feminine
- allowing to blossom and be more in my own power
- bringing more beauty and balance into my life
- coming back to the person that I love and value
- renewing my passion for life
- connecting with all aspects of my spirituality – old/ new
- be the shining light – moving forward with confidence and love in my heart
