A warm and sunny Summery morning at The Sanctuary –
I was on the path to the forest.
As I started my walk a black and blue butterfly was greeting me. Flying around me and flapping its wings as if welcoming me to the dark and mysterious forest. A few steps ahead another butterfly. This time its wings were yellow and tanned. Instantly I knew that they were telling me that I was welcome and that this journey was transformational from the darkness to the lightness of the soul. I thanked my butterfly buddies and continued on.
Ahead of me I saw some squirrels running up and down a tree. They were conveying the ups and downs in my journey and to take it lightly as they were in the safety of this forest.
I walked on, breathing in the fresh air and seeing the glistening sunlight through the tall green foliage. I thought to myself how magical is this place?! As I looked down there were the most unusual bugs that I’ve ever seen. One was a shiny, metallic dark green. Another was a light citric colour. Then I saw the lady bugs of red and black. By now I knew that they wanted to communicate with me. Communicate they did – they were telling me that they were part of the Oneness. Beautiful, yet they will bug as it is their role. I thanked them and continued my walk.
As I looked to the side of the path, out of nowhere a snake with its head facing me came crawling from the covered ground. It startled me until I got it. It was telling me that there’s kundalini awakening and movement and there was no need to fear it.
By now I was around the bend of the forest. The trees were still supporting me and I felt the healing that was taking place. Suddenly, I felt a gust of strong wind and with it leaves blown in my direction. As I looked around all was still. Aha! I acknowledged and thanked Mother Nature for being with me. She was conveying: “trust child and ye shall see”. I felt so humbled. The mystery of this forest was clear. It demonstrated the dense to subtle dimensions.
I continued on yet I felt a bit tired. I had one more hill to climb. Then I saw a family of five deer staring at me. Out of nowhere one ran up the hill swiftly showing me how easy it was and to follow its example – so I did.
There I was at the end of the forest and I heard the crows above giving me a message of hope. Letting me know that they were with me and always have been. I looked down and on the ground was a big black feather. Yes, the spirit of the crow was with me. It was the messenger of a powerful magic present in this forest.
I felt blessed walking along The Sanctuary forest path. Trusting the ONE that is communicating with love and showing that transformation is possible.
