- ANGER – tells you to empower yourself
- RESENTMENT – shows you are playing the martyr
- ENVY – signals to look at self as beautiful
- GRIEF – wants you to look at self and the truth
- PAIN – reminds you of your purpose in life
- ANXIETY – is saying that it’s OK to ask for help
- LOVE – finds you in balance/ whole/ alive/ free
