  • Keep still/ Go within/ Meditate
  • Stretch/ Practise Yoga/Tibetan Exercises /Tai Chi
  • Walk/ Move outside in the fresh air/ Take in the winter sun
  • Dance to Meditation in Motion
  • Allow your fears to surface/ Accept/Dissolve
  • Listen and watch your feelings, thoughts and dreams
  • Nurture your ideas/ Allow them to grow within
  • Nourish yourself/ Drink water/ Herbal teas [ Pelargonium, Chamomile]
  • Eat warm food such as root vegetables, wholegrains and protein
  • Stay warm [indoors and outdoors]
  • Surrender and enjoy Winter’s wonderland
