Music:  play and feel the gold energy

I was five years old.  My two aunts came from Paris with a special gift for me – a beautiful gold bracelet with my name engraved on it.
I wore it with pride and joy until one day a little girl a few doors away kept on asking me if she could try it on.  At first, I refused her request and then reluctantly gave it to her. Within seconds she ran off with it.   She came back but without the bracelet.  I demanded that she give me back my gold bracelet.  Her response was that she hasn’t got it as it fell down the toilet.  She was upset and begged me not to tell her parents as they would punish her for it.
I went back to the toilet with her searching for it but no bracelet.  I went home upset yet to protect her I told my parents that I lost the bracelet.
It was the beginning of my pattern of protecting others who took my valuables.
It was also a pattern of losing gold jewellery that I loved.  Little did I know that I was establishing a pattern of painful stories associated with losses.
Painful stories came up and I flowed with them until 2013 when I stopped teaching.  It hit me physically and it hit me hard.  I lay in bed for 21 days, not able to move. No medicine and no treatment relieved it.
It was my meditative process that got me out of bed and walking again.
It took several years for me to walk with ease and joy.
Yes, it was along the Inner Road in Virginia that transformation took place and it was due to my awareness that the puzzle was solved.
The GOLD precious bracelet that was taken from me as a child was a painful story that continued to recreate itself in different scenarios. It was also my gift to physical healing.
As I walked along the path I immersed myself with the gold energy whenever I felt physical pain.  Immediately the pain dissolved and with it the dismantling of the story.
