Today I caught up with a friend who I have known for several years, but have not seen this year due to the pandemic. We shared a delicious wholesome lunch, but didn’t share in much conversation. When there is no connection, the hearts don’t meet. The energy shared between 2 people when you connect is warm and loving. Real friends are rare. ❤

No truer words have been written, and I am so blessed to have such a friend Miriam, who due to the virus is staying at Master Charles Cannon’s Sanctuary which is situated on top of a crystal magical mountain and is surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains in America. The energy, connection shared between us is awesome and no mountains stand in the way. We both know and feel when we need to talk or send messages. Because as MC would say , we are one.
