Music Player Instruction: play and bring in the pear spirit
What you’d need
- 3 or 4 pears – the sweet ones – Anjou
- 1 red or yellow onion – if in a hurry – 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 5 to 6 drops of monk fruit liquid or stevia
- 1 or more tablespoons of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon of dill weed
- salt to your taste
How to do it
- cut the pears into quarters – remove core and seeds – leave the stems for a better presentation
- place the quartered pears in an oven dish – pre heat oven
- slice the onions and add to baking dish
- pour over the olive oil, lemon juice/ apple cider vinegar and monk fruit liquid
- sprinkle the weed dill
- add salt to your taste
- bake for 20 – 30 minutes – till caramelized
- serve hot or allow to stand for a while – can be served as a side dish or as a main with plant based or ricotta cheese
