1 (16 ounce) package Nasoya Organic silken tofu
3/4 cup soy milk
1 cup raw cocoa beans-soaked overnight
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 Cup Xylitol
SOAK 1 CUP OF COCOA BEANS OVERNIGHT
Place all ingredients in the vita-mix blender and blend until smooth (you may have to use the tamper to finish since this mix is very thick). Put in an airtight storage container and refrigerate.
